Our location in Medicine Hat, Alberta located at 500 - 1751 Strachan Rd. SE is now hiring for the Kitchen Manager position. We are looking for a sharp minded individual who works hard and is dedicated to providing a great experience for the guest and also a great place to work for the team members!

Your duties and responsibilities would include:
- Full Time: 30-44 Hours/Week
- Open availability
- Languages: English
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 3+ years of restaurant kitchen management experience
- Certifications: Food Safety and First Aid
- Work site environment: Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp, Hot
- Work setting: Restaurant
- Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player
- Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
- Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who portion and prepare food, Managing inventory/ordering food and beverage products and supplies (experience with Sysco platform), Creating food pars, Creating schedules using online platforms (experience with Ameego), Managing food and labour costs, Training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Ensure food service and quality control, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check preparation and presentation of food/beverages.
