Legal Admin & Operations Associate
Nye Brokerage Inc
We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized **Legal Admin & Operations Associate** to support Nye Brokerage Inc. ([ a growing brokerage that works across strategy, succession planning, and transition management. This person will help manage entity setup, contracts, background administrative work, and day-to-day operational support across multiple initiatives.
This is a fully remote, contractor job with preference for candidates in Canada or the US.
* Support entity formation, corporate administration, and related operational setup
* Assist with contract review, organization, tracking, and coordination
* Help identify and escalate legal, business, and operational risks
* Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support across internal and client projects
* Support operational workflows tied to client engagements and special projects
* Help keep multiple moving pieces organized across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
* Contribute to building repeatable internal systems and processes
* Experience as a legal admin, paralegal, corporate clerk, executive assistant, or operations coordinator
* Familiarity with contracts, legal documentation, and corporate/admin workflows
* Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to think with common sense and strategy
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
* Strong written communication and follow-through
* Confidence handling sensitive information professionally
* US legal/business operations familiarity preferred
* Paralegal training or law firm experience
* Experience supporting founders, operators, or client service teams
* Experience with entity setup, compliance tracking, and contract administration
* Background in startup, legal, consulting, or professional services environments
You’re proactive, calm under pressure, and able to move between legal admin work, business operations, and executive support. You don’t just complete tasks, you help keep things moving, spot issues early, and bring structure to fast-changing projects.
