With 6+ years of experience, you'll work to enhance assembly line performance, lead projects, and ensure safety compliance throughout manufacturing processes. Your collaboration with engineering and production will ensure effective implementation of best practices and process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize assembly line processes
- Manage documentation for production setups and ECRs
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Facilitate collaboration with engineering and safety teams
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis
- Minimum of 6 years in Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering principles
- Experience in lean manufacturing and process development
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Preferably possess a P.Eng. license
