URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Midtown Toronto Family Seeking Nanny With Twin Experience, $25 To $30 Per Hour

We're a family in midtown Toronto looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our newborn twins, with our three-year-old daughter in the mix part of the time. The role is centred on the twins, so prior hands-on experience caring for twins is required. What the role involves

• Day-to-day care of newborn twins: feeding, naps, diapering, tummy time, and keeping two babies on a coordinated routine
• Engaging with our three-year-old when she's home: play, books, songs, and the occasional negotiation
• Light household support tied to the kids: children's laundry, bottle prep and washing, tidying play areas
• Occasional overnight care on an ad hoc basis, arranged in advance

Schedule We're open to full-time or part-time depending on the right person. Full-time would be five or six days a week; part-time would be three to five days a week. We'll settle the exact days and hours together with the successful candidate. Duration We're starting with an initial three-month term, with the intention of extending to a year and potentially longer if it's a good fit on both sides. Pay $25 to $30 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Overnight (if any) rates to be agreed separately. What we're looking for

• Prior experience caring for twins (required)
• Infant care experience, including establishing routines and safe sleep practices
• Comfortable with a toddler who has a lot to say
• Reliable, organized, and calm with two babies at once
• Infant and child CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it before starting
• References from previous families
