In this hybrid role, you will act as a primary finance partner, collaborating directly with the Vice President, Finance. This position demands deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis and Operational Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support for a multi-site manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes across operations
• Lead monthly management reporting and executive insights
• Partner with Operations to enhance pricing and profitability
• Conduct profitability analysis for plants, products, and customers
• Drive capital planning with ROI analyses and recommendations
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in FP&A or Operational Finance
• Strong executive reporting experience
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
• Collaborative leadership ability across all levels
