Rethink seeks a seasoned Director of Social & Content to oversee social strategies for multiple brands. With over 7 years in social media leadership, you will guide bilingual campaigns and integrate agency teams across Toronto and Montreal. This role offers the chance to elevate brand presence and mentor high-performing teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct social strategy and channel management across major platforms
• Align U.S. and international content with Canadian-specific events

Requirements:
• 7+ years in social media and content strategy
