Director Product Management Discovery

Lead Discovery product strategy at Epic Games, using data and market insight to connect players with the right content. Guide growth initiatives across teams.As a Director of Product Management, you will lead within Epic’s Discovery product organization. You will shape the Discovery system strategy, translate goals into roadmaps, and write detailed requirements. The role partners with Development, Design, Data Science, marketing, content strategy, and creator initiatives teams.Key Responsibilities:
Own Discovery strategy and execution across defined surface areasDevelop roadmaps improving player discovery and driving growthWrite requirements guiding design and technical specificationsBuild concepts and present expected outcomes to leadershipDrive live operations and identify improvements through data analysisRequirements:
Five-plus years of Product Management experienceExposure to discovery systems, content platforms, or recommendation enginesUse data to define metrics and evaluate feature performanceUnderstand growth, retention, and monetization mechanics in gamesCommunicate clearly through requirements and leadership presentationsBring product strategy, analytical decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to Epic Games’ Discovery experience and growth work.
