Fintech Engineering Manager - Remote Role

As part of Jobber’s remote team, you will manage the New Bets group, focusing on building cutting-edge financial capabilities like bookkeeping and accounting. Your leadership will support the team's growth and independence while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule. Effective collaboration with Business Technology and Product teams will be essential to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of financial product features
• Guide team members in professional development
• Facilitate agile processes and product launches
• Identify and eliminate delivery roadblocks
• Engage in the recruiting process for top talent
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a software engineering leadership position
• Strong background in full-stack development
• Expertise in ReactJS or Ruby On Rails
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Adaptability within a rapidly changing environment
