About the Company

Our client, a leading international law firm with a strong presence in Canada, is seeking a Junior Corporate Law Clerk to join their team. Responsibilities

Prepare and file corporate documents for federal and provincial entities Maintain and update corporate records, minute books, and entity databases Draft routine corporate documentation, including resolutions, officer/director changes, and annual filings Assist with corporate transactions, reorganizations, and due diligence matters Conduct corporate and registry searches as required Coordinate filings with regulatory bodies such as Corporations Canada and the Ontario Business Registry Support lawyers and senior clerks with a variety of corporate matters Liaise with internal teams and external service providers when necessary Requirements

2+ years of experience as a corporate law clerk in a law firm or in-house legal department Strong knowledge of corporate procedures, filings, and compliance (Ontario and federal) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with corporate management systems and document software Team-oriented with a proactive and qualified approach Compensation
