Dental Receptionist

WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is hiring on behalf of a small family dental practice in Brampton that is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join their team.
If you're reliable, personable, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to become an important part of a supportive practice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify and update patient information
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Assist with insurance claims and follow up with insurance carriers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with social media initiatives, as needed
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday only
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Approximately 11:00 AM/12:00 PM to 5:00-5:30 PM
- Mondays & Thursdays: Approximately 11:00 AM/12:00 PM to 6:00-7:00 PM
- Hours may vary slightly depending on the schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- $22-$23 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements
- Previous dental reception experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working closely with the dentist at the front desk
- Social media experience is an asset
