Business Manager for Financial Operations

Elevate client financial success with The Klick Group as a Business Manager. Oversee reporting and operational finance to enhance project management and client outcomes in this hybrid role. In this essential role, you will support Klick's project management and client success teams by maintaining accurate financial reporting. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth financial operations across client programs while collaborating with delivery leads and finance partners. Your contributions will foster an organized and cohesive financial management framework. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain precise financial processes and templates across projects
Manage invoicing, media reporting, and financial continuity
Compile insightful data for leadership decision-making
Coordinate budgeting and client-facing reporting cycles
Partner with teams to streamline financial workflows and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

4–6 years in financial coordination or business operations
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to synthesize data for accurate reporting
Interest in integrating AI tools into workflows
