Tourista Travel which provides luxury, discovery and indulgence in travel to passengers is also branded as Grad Escapes to the lucrative student based vacation travel market.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for qualified and experienced agents to promote, book and service prepackaged vacations, destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, hotels and more.
This position has a strong sales and customer service focus, and deals with all aspects of leisure, business, luxury and budget travel. You will be completely responsible for managing all of the travel needs of your own client base, with the tools you need to succeed provided to you!
We are looking for strong individuals with an entrepreneurial and sales based background, with travel industry experience to join our team. We are seeking an individual with industry experience to join our team as the Company enter's the travel industry and new processes and systems are implemented.
Activities include:

• Working within a team to manage profit and loss and achieve targets and incentives


• Advising customers on travel products and services


• Providing first class customer service from inquiry to closing the sale and after service customer care

The Travel Expert performs customer transactions and travel sales, providing excellent customer service at every contact.

Be knowledgeable of and comply with internal company and industry codes of conduct and with travel legislation including but not limited to the Travel Industry Act, 2002 (Ontario)
Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions
Additional Information
It is understood that you will have flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required on a rotational basis as part of the team.
