Banquet Captain

As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events. The successful candidate will be reliable, professional in appearance, have a strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service.
- Oversee the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant, banquet, or hotel environment.
- Previous Banquet Captain experience is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent guest service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences.
- Ability to lead and coordinate banquet staff while ensuring smooth event execution.
- Must be available to days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
