Engineering Manager at Affirm - Remote

Lead innovative engineering at Affirm as an Engineering Manager focused on Marketing and Privacy. This remote role empowers you to build effective teams and drive impactful projects. As the Engineering Manager for the Marketing & Privacy Engineering team, you will oversee two key pillars, enhancing consumer web experiences and measurement systems. Your leadership will foster a high-performing environment, ensuring alignment with business priorities and clear engineering plans. Collaborate closely with product and technical partners to translate visions into reality while guiding strategies across marketing integrations and privacy experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop engineering teams in Marketing and Privacy
Establish shared operating models aligning both pillars
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business priorities
Guide engineering strategy around measurement and consumer data
Hold teams accountable for scalable, reliable solutions

Requirements:

Experience managing software engineers
Strong technical foundation in web platforms
Proven ability to execute complex engineering plans
Excellent communication skills across technical audiences
Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively
