About the role

As the first point of contact for patients, you will help create a welcoming and professional clinic experience. You will manage appointments, answer phone calls, assist patients during check-in and check-out, and support the clinic team with daily administrative tasks.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to physicians and clinic staff

What we're looking for

• Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment
