Mainframe Security Architect with Leadership Skills

Lead the design of mainframe security as a Mainframe Security Architect. Capitalize on your extensive ACF2 and RACF skills while fostering client trust and overseeing cross-project teams. You will coordinate with sales teams, clients, and internal programmers to deliver innovative mainframe solutions. This position requires high levels of organization and problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks on diverse projects while ensuring thorough documentation and communication throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect solutions in partnership with clients and sales
• Create detailed documentation for architectural designs
• Collaborate to gather technical and business requirements
• Manage multiple projects for various clients concurrently
• Educate teams on architecture methodologies and strategies

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of experience as a System Programmer
• In-depth knowledge of ACF2, RACF, and Assembler Language
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Familiar with major z/OS subsystems
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
