Key Responsibilities:- Advise on complex financing transactions
- Support banking and finance matters
- Work across multiple jurisdictions
- Serve an international client portfolio
- Contribute to a leading offshore practice
- Five or more years of post qualification experience
- Qualification in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
- Strong banking and finance experience
- Excellent academic record
- Leading law firm experience and desire to live in Cayman Islands
