Job Description
A Shift Manager position at McDonald's offers a wide variety of responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen support tasks
- Ensure fast and efficient production
- Control waste and losses
- Monitor employee break schedules
- Prepare food and various products
- Stock workstations
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Ensure hygiene standards are met
- Train new employees
- Perform workstation control checklists
- Count cash drawers
- Set shift management priorities
- Create floor positioning plans
- Fill out operational control tracking sheets
Work Schedule: Day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends
Start Date: As soon as possible
Type: Full-time and part-time
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of significant experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants
- Completed high school diploma
- Flexible scheduling and work-life balance
