Regional Loss Prevention Auditor at O'Reilly

You will work closely with store managers, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. Your role is crucial in maintaining security protocols and improving operational procedures to minimize loss. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual field audits across retail stores
- Review monthly quantity changes and identify errors
- Analyze Returns Department Overages/Shortages Reports
- Attend district annual inventories for compliance
- Investigate suspected fraudulent activities in the region
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel extensively
