Digital Experience Specialist

Shape intuitive digital experiences at SE Health through user-centred design, content strategy, and accessibility across websites, portals, and applications.The Digital Experience Specialist translates user, business, clinical, and operational needs into practical experience recommendations. You will support research, information architecture, content development, implementation, quality assurance, launch, and optimization. Collaboration spans product, communications, marketing, clinical, privacy, accessibility, technology, data, and delivery partners.Key Responsibilities:
Plan research, interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and usability testingCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and prioritized recommendationsDevelop content models, navigation, metadata, labels, and calls to actionConduct functional, responsive, accessibility, and experience quality assuranceUse analytics and feedback to identify improvement opportunitiesRequirements:
Four to six years of progressive digital experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experienceKnowledge of user-centred design and information architecturePractical WCAG and AODA accessibility review experienceExperience with Figma, content systems, analytics, and digital publishingBring user experience, content design, accessibility, and analytics expertise to improve complete digital journeys at SE Health.
