Quality Continuous Improvement Technician at Wonderbrands

Elevate product quality and efficiency with Wonderbrands as a Quality Continuous Improvement Technician. Drive daily quality improvement initiatives and champion compliance in a dedicated bakery environment. As a Quality Continuous Improvement Technician (QCI Tech), you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing quality standards at Wonderbrands bakeries. This position requires you to perform quality checks, document deviations, and collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Engineering team for root cause analyses. Your skills in Six Sigma methodologies will be put to good use as you support quality improvements, monitor compliance, and maintain all QA processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality inspections across production processes
- Document quality checks and maintain accurate records
- Lead daily Quality Huddles for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering for product development
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and internal policies
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 2+ years in quality assurance or similar role
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
