• Plan bilingual clinical engagement and adoption activities
• Support standardized clinical content deployment
• Develop and maintain training and reference materials
• Conduct readiness and impact assessments
• Coordinate resolution of adoption issues post go-live

Requirements:

• Recent registration as a regulated health professional
• Minimum 5 years as a Clinical Business Analyst
• Experience working on CIS/EHR projects
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Familiarity with clinical documentation implementation
