MORNING SHIFT

Position Details:

A custom millwork and cabinetry company is looking for an experienced Cabinetmaker with strong hands-on skills in laminating, filing, cabinet assembly, and hardware installation. The ideal candidate can work independently, read drawings, and build high-quality products with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and assemble cabinets, millwork components, and fixtures according to drawings
Perform laminating, filing, trimming, and finishing tasks
Install cabinet hardware including hinges, handles, slides, and specialty components
Interpret shop drawings and measurements accurately
Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely (saws, routers, drills, sanders)
Ensure products meet quality and workmanship standards
Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures
Assist with general shop tasks as needed

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Cabinetmaking experience
Strong skills in laminating, filing, cabinet assembly, and hardware installation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
Experience operating woodworking hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced production environment
