• Completes established priorities as directed
• May provide input into change initiatives based on own work processes

Service Delivery

• Understands the short-term routine needs of assigned customers
• Executes routine professional business services work under direct supervision including coordination of information and/or operational activities

Relationships

• Interacts and develops working relationships with other Team Members or CRS members
• Exchanges/records/reports routine information and respond to routine inquiries and issues
• May interact with external contacts to conduct assignments collaboratively and to execute routine transactions

Problem Solving

• Resolves well-defined and routine professional issues and refers issues outside of established procedures to higher levels
• Applies analytics techniques to identify issues and determine courses of action for basic, routine, or common/repetitive problems

Continuous Improvement / Innovation

• May provide input into specific job-related process improvements
• Regularly contributes useful ideas for own work area/team, within defined parameters

Decision Making

• May provide input into the development of unit goals/objectives

- Makes decisions of narrow scope in the execution of day-to -day tasks

Risk Management

• Responds to risks in accordance with established guidelines/procedures/ practices
• Identifies and notifies more senior Team Members of potential risks; obtains assistance from available resources as required
• Risks associated with service delivery issues of low risk are contained with multiple checks/balances

Scope of Knowledge, Work & Experience

• Entry level professional individual contributors where individuals acquire and begin to develop necessary knowledge and skills within a professional discipline through the completion of day-to-day work
• Typically requires Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
