Senior Manager Asset Protection Safety

Lead regional asset protection and safety for lululemon’s Eastern Distribution Centres, using risk analysis and multi-site leadership in an in-person setting.As Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Safety, you will guide safety, security, compliance, and asset protection across multiple campuses and jurisdictions. You will lead AP&S Managers through established operating cadences and partner with Operations, Investigations, People & Culture, Facilities, and Legal. The work strengthens standards, mitigates operational risk, and protects people, product, property, and assets across Global Fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop AP&S Managers across multiple distribution sitesSet regional priorities using strategy, objectives, trends, and requirementsReview incidents, injuries, audits, compliance data, and emerging risksDirect significant incidents, investigations, emergencies, and crisis responseOversee staffing, budgets, workforce planning, and regional resourcesRequirements:
Eight-plus years in asset protection, safety, security, risk, compliance, or operationsExperience leading managers across complex, multi-site operational environmentsKnowledge of safety legislation, investigations, emergency management, and risk mitigationAbility to analyze data and drive strategic operational improvementsAbility to travel regularly, including cross-border travelApply regional leadership, compliance expertise, and risk management judgment to protect lululemon’s distribution network.
