Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several

Casual Labourers in the Labour Industry in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Casual General Labourers. This role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to work across a variety of job sites, including construction, warehouse, and general labour environments.

We Offer

• $16.00 - $25.00 hourly
• Weekly Payroll, including 4 % vacation pay
• Flexible schedule
• Opportunity to gain experience in various industries

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties including lifting, moving, and handling materials
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with site setup and clean-up
• Support skilled trades and supervisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, bending)
• Must be ok with repetitive heavy lifting
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• CSA-approved steel toe boots required
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, or short-notice shifts)
