Director of Program Flows at Airbus Atlantique

Lead the A220 programs at Airbus Atlantique as the Program / Industrial Flows Director. Drive customer satisfaction through excellence in delivery and quality management. Located in Mirabel, this senior position requires expertise in large-scale program management within the aeronautical sector. You will oversee A220 work packages, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards while implementing effective crisis management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve customer satisfaction and improve product quality
Lead crisis management for seamless production flow
Synchronize program information across all functions
Manage production planning per customer demands
Oversee P&L, budget management, and competitiveness plans

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in aeronautical or industrial engineering
At least 10 years in program management in aerospace
Fluent in French and advanced English skills
Strong P&L management and performance monitoring expertise
Proven negotiation skills and multidisciplinary team leadership
