• Collaborate with diverse disciplines to provide coordinated client care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients
• Monitor treatment strategies and make adjustments as necessary
• Educate clients and families on mental health management
• Organize case conferences and follow-up care

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Two years of relevant mental health experience
• Current registration with BCCNM as RN/RPN
• Class 5 BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Ability to address complex mental health needs
