Job Offer – Factory Supervisor

Location: Beauce Region (Chaudière-Appalaches)

Job Type: Permanent – Evening Shift (Monday to Thursday)

Salary: Based on experience + evening bonus

Your Role

You will be a key player within a team engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of large-scale metal structures. You will supervise and coordinate production operations to ensure the quality and efficiency of activities according to established standards and timelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct workshop operations to optimize production.
  

• Guide and supervise work teams, including skilled workers and subcontractors.
  

• Control the quality of produced parts and perform regular checks.
  

• Apply and enforce safety guidelines and environmental standards.
  

• Effectively manage human and material resources to achieve objectives.
  

• Collaborate with other departments (engineering, supervision) to resolve production issues.
  

• Contribute to maintaining a safe, stimulating, and high-performing work environment.
  

• Participate in inventory and order management to meet production needs.
  

• Write performance and production reports.
  

Desired Profile

• Relevant experience in metal manufacturing or in an industrial supervisory position.
  

• Knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal assembly techniques.
  

• Mastery of safety standards and quality requirements.
  

• Excellent skills in organization, team management, and problem-solving.
  

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
