Work setting Health care institution, facility or clinic Responsibilities: Tasks Diagnose physiological disorders and injuries of patients Treat the diseases, physiological disorders and injuries of patients Advise patients on the use of herbs for the treatment of conditions Manipulate or apply pressure to various parts of the body, hands and feet Treat patients by the insertion of acupuncture needles or through stimulation techniques Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Registration by the appropriate provincial or territorial authority for acupuncturists Experience and specialization Area of specialization Acupuncture Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Until: 2026-05-10
