The forklift operator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, moving, and shipping products.

• Know and comply at all times with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies;
• Inspect the forklift before use according to company standards;
• Load, unload, and move products and/or materials using a forklift;
• Ensure that products and materials are in the right place at the right time;
• Ensure the good condition of all products and materials being moved.

• Experience operating a forklift (1-3 years), an asset;
• Ability to perform physical work in challenging weather conditions;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Ability to manage priorities efficiently;
• Good computer skills;
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for long periods;
• Good manual dexterity;
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
• Ability to handle heavy loads.
