Gaming Monetization Director at Ubisoft

Working closely with production teams, you'll pinpoint monetization prospects to boost retention and revenue without compromising player satisfaction. This is a vital opportunity to influence the gaming landscape. Key Responsibilities:

Create a monetization strategy congruent with game values
Collaborate with teams to implement monetization within gameplay
Foster a holistic approach to in-game revenue
Manage the pricing strategy for the virtual store
Analyze game impacts to discover monetization opportunities

Requirements:

Degree in management, business, or economics required
Minimum 7 years' experience in digital operations
Strong understanding of monetization frameworks
Detail-oriented and able to cultivate relationships
Comprehensive knowledge of the gaming consumer market
