Remote Solution Archtiect (f/m/x) - Salesforce Specialist

Cremanski & Company is a fast-growing consultancy helping startups and scaleups in Europe to streamline and optimize their Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes. Our goal is to drive efficiency, growth, and data-driven decision-making.

We are now looking for an experienced Solution Architect who is ready to lead complex Salesforce implementations, build scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with clients – especially across Europe.

This position is remote-friendly , and we’re especially welcoming candidates based in Spain .

• Design scalable, custom Salesforce solutions for diverse business cases.

• Lead workshops with clients, understand needs, translate them into technical concepts.

• Architect system designs, integrations, and long-term scalable CRM structures.

• Collaborate with internal consultants and project managers during the full project lifecycle.

• Act as a technical expert and mentor to the internal consulting team.

• Be part of pre-sales activities and contribute to our technical vision.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or equivalent.

• You hold Salesforce Admin certification , ideally more (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ...).

• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, CRM logic.

• You’re proactive, curious, and thrive in a collaborative team.

• Fluent in English (Spanish or German is a plus, but not required).

• Remote-first setup – work from Spain, Berlin, or wherever you're most productive.
