Job Responsibility:
Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This is a management-first role - ideal for someone who thrives in a structured kitchen, knows how to run a tight ship, and can keep a high-performing team on track during busy service.

What you'll bring to the table:
- 1+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership or management role (kitchen manager, sous-chef, etc.)
- Deep understanding of kitchen operations, including team supervision, scheduling, and inventory
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume service
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable work ethic
- Open availability, including weekends and stat holidays
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BOH team with a focus on consistency, structure, and safety
- Handle staff scheduling, shift coverage, and time management
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with all health regulations
- Onboard and train new team members to follow standards
- Step in to assist line and prep stations when needed - this is a hands-on role

Salary: $60,000-$75,000/year + tips
