Tâches : Dirige les activités du restaurant du dépanneur. Responsable de l'entièreté des employés qui travaillent au restaurant du dépanneur. Il aura sous sa gérance les aides cuisiniers, cuisiniers et les superviseurs de la restauration rapide. Embaucher les nouveaux employés et veiller à leur formation. Établir les horaires et s'assurer de bien répartir les tâches entre les employés.
Organiser et superviser les activités opérationnelles.
Responsable du suivi des ventes et de l'élaboration des budgets et analyse de la rentabilité.
