Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in various aspects of restaurant operations. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations and standards.
• Assist customers with menu selections, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a tidy environment for both staff and guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment is essential.
• Wok experience preferred
