Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in Baker Lake. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical staff, and ensuring the well-being of patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the medical team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Assist in the management of medical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution.
• Current nursing licence in Canada.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient care and safety.
