Senior Ai Agent Software Engineer

Design AI agents and complex software systems at lululemon, using AWS Bedrock, Python, and enterprise automation expertise. This hybrid role requires onsite work four days weekly.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead AI agent implementation across multiple services and components. You will establish API, data modeling, and integration standards while building scalable, reliable solutions. The Enterprise Automation team applies agentic automation and emerging AI technologies across lululemon.Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex systems and multi-service feature implementationEstablish coding, testing, deployment, and integration standardsConduct code quality and design reviews across teamsProvide architects technical input on system designLead critical production incident response and mentor engineersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical fieldSix to ten years developing complex software systemsStrong hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineeringExperience building AI agents and agentic workflows in AWSExpertise with AWS Bedrock, serverless services, and PythonLead enterprise AI engineering at lululemon through scalable agents, AWS Bedrock solutions, technical standards, and cross-team architecture.
