Experienced Maintenance Manager Needed

• Analyze performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
• Supervise training and performance evaluation of staff
• Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent communication and people management capabilities
• Experience with production management systems and Office365
