Votre rôle
Vous êtes passionné(e) par lenvironnement et appréciez autant le travail danalyse que les interventions sur le terrain? Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de projet en environnement pour rejoindre notre équipe multidisciplinaire. Vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la réalisation de projets environnementaux variés, de lanalyse préliminaire jusquà la mise en œuvre des recommandations.
Vos responsabilités principales
- Coordonner et gérer des projets environnementaux de lélaboration à la livraison finale
- Réaliser des autorisations ministérielles (MLECCFP, MPO) conformément à la réglementation en place;
- Participer aux travaux de terrain : caractérisation écologique, inventaires végétaux et -/ou fauniques.
- Élaborer des recommandations et des plans daction adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des clients
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les autorités réglementaires et les parties prenantes
- Veiller au respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des objectifs des projets
- Participer à la préparation de propositions et à lacquisition de nouveaux clients
- Contribuer au développement des méthodes et outils de travail de lentreprise
Votre profil
Rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et engagé(e), vous démontrez une capacité naturelle à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à collaborer avec différents intervenants. Vous faites preuve dun bon jugement, dun esprit danalyse développé et savez clarifier des enjeux complexes avec justesse et efficacité.
Ce que vous apportez :
Formation et expérience
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en sciences de lenvironnement, biologie, écologie, géographie environnementale ou dans un domaine connexe
- Minimum de 5 ans dexpérience en gestion de projets environnementaux
- Connaissance approfondie des lois et règlements environnementaux (fédéraux et provinciaux)
- Expérience en consultation environnementale (un atout)
Compétences clés
- Planification, suivi et coordination de projets multidisciplinaires
- Analyse et synthèse de données environnementales
- Rédaction claire et structurée de rapports techniques
- Connaissance des SIG et outils de cartographie
- Maîtrise de la suite Office et du français écrit/parlé
