Position Summary

Bell is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Retail Talent Attraction to support hiring across our retail brands, including Bell, Best Buy Express, and Virgin Plus. In this role, you'll bring our employer brand to life through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns, engaging content, social media, events, and digital experiences that attract top retail talent across Canada.

Working within the Employer Brand team and in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Retail leaders, and external agencies, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen Bell's employer brand, increase candidate engagement, and support hiring outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, data driven marketer who enjoys combining storytelling, digital marketing, and analytics to make a measurable impact on talent attraction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and applications across Bell, Best Buy Express, and Virgin Plus retail locations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Retail leaders to support high-volume, seasonal, and critical hiring needs, including occasional sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach
• Create and optimize digital, social, career site, job board, email, and advertising content across candidate touchpoints
• Lead organic and paid social campaigns, including localized initiatives that address regional hiring needs across Canada
• Monitor social trends, candidate preferences, and competitive activity to identify new talent attraction opportunities
• Support and promote hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach, including related marketing and communications
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
• Track campaign performance and use data and insights to improve attraction strategies and hiring outcomes
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, digital/social media, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing and high-volume talent attraction campaigns
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, including content creation and paid media
• Experience with recruitment marketing, analytics, and creative tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
• A creative, adaptable mindset and the ability to move quickly and manage multiple priorities
• Retail/telecom/customer-facing experience
• Flexibility for local travel and occasionally supporting events outside regular business hours

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Total earning range : $50,000 - $65.000.  The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity​

The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 6% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan (“AIP”) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies. 

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.  Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
