: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support clinic operations.
• Scheduling and Human Resources (HR): Coordinate staff schedules, manage leave requests, and assist in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Financial Management: Handle the management of all clinic bills, including vendor payments, utilities, and other operational expenses. Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in a healthcare or Medispa setting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and expense management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Suite and clinic management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
