This is a key role that combines customer service, sales, and hands -on inventory support. You’ll be the face of our Parts On -Site program, helping customers stay productive by ensuring they have the parts they need when they need them. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Route & Customer Service <\/u>
<\/div>

• Develop and execute a weekly and bi -weekly route schedule to service existing Parts On -Site customers.

• Build strong relationships and provide proactive, on -site support.
  <\/div><\/li>

• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues effectively and professionally.

  Inventory & Parts Management <\/u>
  <\/div>

  • Replenish parts cabinets and ensure customers have the inventory they need.
    <\/div><\/li>

  • Supply additional parts directly from your van based on customer demand.
    <\/div><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate and up -to -date customer machinery profiles.
    <\/div><\/li><\/ul>

    Sales & Business Development <\/u>
    <\/div>

    • Actively call on new and prospective customers to grow the Parts On -Site and Aftermarket business.
      <\/div><\/li>

    • Market and promote parts and service offerings, including: Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), Overhauls, and Special parts promotions
      <\/div><\/li>

    • Perform follow -ups on major parts sales to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
      <\/div><\/li>

    • Promote seasonal merchandise and monthly parts initiatives.
      <\/div><\/li>

    • Identify and communicate sales leads to the Sales Department.
      <\/div><\/li><\/ul>

      
      <\/div>

      Internal & Field Support <\/u>
      <\/div>

      • Support field technicians by delivering parts as required.
        <\/div><\/li>

      • Participate in and promote all company initiatives, including: Performax Program, Combine Guarantee, Western Tractor Days (WT Days), Clinics and events
        <\/div><\/li>

      • Ensure a strong Parts presence at customer events and clinics.

        Organization & Equipment Management <\/u>
        <\/div>

        • Maintain a clean, organized, and well -stocked Parts On -Site van.
          <\/div><\/li>

        • Ensure the van is mechanically maintained and presentable at all times.
          <\/div><\/li><\/ul>

          
          <\/div>

          Reporting & Performance <\/u>
          <\/div>

          • Provide weekly reporting on Parts sales, PMI inspections, and Wholegoods lead generation
            <\/div><\/li>

          • Stay current on John Deere parts programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
            <\/div><\/li>

          • Contribute to achieving Customer Experience (CX) score goals.

            Requirements <\/h3>

            • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Parts department. Previous John Deere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset. <\/span>
              <\/li><\/ul><\/div>
              • Technical Skills: Experience using online inventory systems and standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office and other browser -based programs, along with a demonstrated understanding of sales processes. <\/span>
                <\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                • People -Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with experience connecting with customers while maintaining a professional image and establishing rapport. <\/span>

                  • Sales Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities. <\/span>
                    <\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                    • Soft Skills: Strong time management skills, ability to be adaptable, problem -solving skills, and attention to detail. <\/span>

                      • Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs with long periods of standing and walking. <\/span>
                        <\/li>
                      • Valid Driver's License: You'll need this and a comfort working in a mobile, field -based role. <\/span>
