Principal Healthcare Architect With Bilingual Skills Winnipeg

Lead landmark healthcare projects as a Principal Healthcare Architect at a renowned integrated design firm. This senior-level role seeks bilingual professionals driven by design excellence and client relations.
In this Senior to Principal-level position, your responsibilities span overseeing major healthcare project design from inception to construction. You will be involved heavily in business development activities, fostering solid client relationships that lead to repeat engagements. As a mentor, you will also help cultivate the next generation of architectural talent while contributing to the firm’s thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct design and project delivery for healthcare initiatives
- Influence pre-positioning and proposal efforts for projects
- Strengthen client relationships for ongoing business success
- Mentor junior architects and support their development
- Participate in presentations at industry forums
Requirements
- B.Arch or M.Arch and licensed architect
- At least 10 years of experience in AEC
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with major healthcare design projects
- Proven seller-doer with robust client engagement skills
