What You'll Be Doing

As Regional Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of multiple branch locations. You'll empower teams, grow business results, and help create a workplace where people love coming to work.

Your days will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing Advisors and branch teams
• Driving growth and retention across Personal Lines and Autopac business
• Supporting employees through ongoing performance conversations, training, and career development
• Creating an engaging, high-performing culture built on collaboration and accountability
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint
• Communicating and implementing company initiatives and strategic priorities
• Participating in business planning and helping shape future growth opportunities
• Building relationships within local communities and industry associations
• Supporting ONE Insurance's Because We Care charitable initiatives
• Ensuring compliance, risk management, and industry standards are followed across all branches

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Is a proven leader

You know how to motivate teams, navigate change, and bring out the best in people.

Knows the insurance industry

You understand Personal Lines and Autopac and can confidently guide teams through both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the business.

Thinks strategically

You can balance day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on long-term goals and opportunities.

Loves building relationships

Whether it's with customers, employees, community partners, or leadership teams, you understand that great results start with strong connections.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum Level 3 General Insurance License
• CAIB designation (or equivalent) or commitment to obtaining the designation within a specified period
• At least 5 years of insurance industry experience, or an equivalent combination of insurance industry and leadership experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate with teams across Manitoba
• Experience with Autopac and Personal Lines insurance (considered an asset)
• Experience with EPIC (considered an asset)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A positive, adaptable, solutions-focused mindset
