At RRHS, you will leverage your Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science certification and experience to perform essential laboratory procedures. Proficiency with Cerner and phlebotomy is crucial, along with your commitment to patient safety and effective communication within healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory tests with accuracy
• Utilize Cerner for efficient data handling
• Conduct phlebotomy tasks safely and competently
• Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• Certification with Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science
• Current registration with College of Medical Laboratory Technologists
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical laboratory
• Computer literacy, especially with Cerner
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
