As a vital part of BrokerLink's Personal Insurance team, you will assess clients' insurance needs and recommend the best policies. Strong communication and analytical skills are necessary to succeed and enhance client relationships while actively participating in community marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and care calls for clients
- Sell insurance policies and manage renewals effectively
- Coordinate with Underwriters on necessary policy adjustments
- Prepare documentation and applications accurately
- Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote services
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in relevant fields
- Obtain Level 1 General license or willingness to do so
- Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential
