Enterprise Architecture Strategy Leader

Lead OLG’s enterprise architecture strategy with TOGAF, strategic planning, and governance expertise across business, application, data, and technology domains.As Principal Enterprise Architect Director, you will guide architecture evolution and enterprise roadmaps aligned with organizational plans and emerging technology solutions. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will advise executive and business leaders, influence stakeholder commitment, and support modernization decisions. The work emphasizes capability strategies, business cases, governance, and measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Create capability strategies aligned with business requirementsDevelop roadmaps and secure stakeholder commitmentAssess architecture risks and design mitigation solutionsCommunicate authority, benefits, opportunities, costs, and risksCreate business models for non-standard contextsRequirements:
Minimum fifteen years of progressive technology experienceTen-plus years working in enterprise architectureExperience developing business and application architecturesStrong governance, negotiation, and decision-making skillsExceptional executive communication and presentation skillsUse enterprise architecture frameworks, governance judgment, and strategic communication to guide OLG’s technology planning and transformation decisions.
