CMM/Laser Scanner Programmer/Operator (Tillsonburg)

Location: Tillsonburg, ON | Shift: Day Shift, Mon‑Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm As a CMM/Laser Scanner Programmer/Operator, you will support Marwood International’s TierI automotive component manufacturing by designing, programming, and operating coordinate measuring machines and laser scanners to ensure dimensional quality and compliance with customer and internal specifications. Responsibilities

Coordinate inspection requirements for plant and customer needs with advanced quality and production groups. Develop CMM/Scanner programs to conduct full dimensional part layouts and capability studies, generating reports for PPAP submissions. Perform CMM/Scanner verifications and statistical analysis to support problem investigations. Create and maintain proper documentation of inspection results. Maintain CMM/Scanner in good working condition, performing validation checks during and after machine use. Conduct inspections using a variety of precision measurement equipment (micrometers, height gauges, calipers, indicators, etc.) to ensure conformance to specifications. Conduct annual dimensional part layouts and capability studies on current parts as required. Verify dimensional accuracy of tooling and check fixtures against design and drawing specifications as needed. Maintain weekly and monthly reporting metrics. Perform all other relevant duties as directed by the Director/Manager of Quality to meet customer requirements. Qualifications

Grade12, GED, or equivalent. At least 2years of technical experience operating CMMs, scanners, or 3D scanners. Extensive knowledge of G&T, blueprint, and CAD data interpretation. Minimum 3years of experience with stamping, welding, and assembly processes. 5years of related experience in Tier1 automotive manufacturing. Computer proficiency in MCOSMOS, Windows, Excel, Word, and Polyworks. Benefits
