This includes research, data management, and providing insights to clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and over five years in governance research or proxy voting roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement client voting policies effectively
• Enhance and maintain governance databases
• Analyze proxy statements and corporate disclosures
• Identify governance trends using analytical tools
• Provide governance insights to internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in governance research or related fields
• Understanding of corporate governance in the Americas
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Python preferred
